Election Management System and data analysis

Over 1 million audiences were engaged in a time span.

A leading political group in India wanted manage their end to end voters data on a single platform, to engage and create awareness among voters for their Graduate MLC Election election.

The Challenges

To identify and engage voters with highest recall for the voting. Our challenge was to target just these voters and get them to install the MLC android app.
The challenge was a three-step process:

- Find specific voter who has registered as graduate voter in election commission voter list.
- Update their mobile number and other important information into the EMS with the help of mobile app.
- Update their bio and geo date into EMS and ensure precise targeting and optimized document delivery for voting.


Using EMS solution, the contestant engaged with more than 3.4 lakh voters and acquired new voters in less than 8 weeks. The solution delivered higher engagement rate than expectations. We analyzed the campaign performance for different voters groups and across different locations. Results reveal difference in CTRs for different gender groups. we found that young voters cast their vote 5% higher compared to other age group voters.
